| - | prepares proposals for the Program of urban building land preparation and municipal infrastructure facilities' construction, including the financial plan |
| - | performs all technical, legal, financial, administrative and other specialized tasks related to the Program financing and monitors its implementation in accordance with the effective revenues |
| - | carries out specialized tasks concerning the harmonization of the building land preparation Program with the municipal infrastructure development strategies, pursuant to the City Assembly decisions |
| - | prepares the urban building land for use, i.e. ensures the adequate preparation of such building land, performs preparations and coordinates the implementation of municipal infrastructure related to the urban building land:
- secures urban building land (by resolving ownership and relocation issues etc.)
- secures geological, geomechanical and surveyor data
- organizes land preparation, as well as tearing down existing buildings and facilities from the building lots
- organizes the construction and additional construction of municipal facilities and installations and carries out expert supervision |
| - | prepares studies and analyses on financial credibility of building land preparation for the building lots to be leased |
| - | prepares all the necessary documentation and studies for leasing of the building land, determines the initial price of the land, performs the procedure for land leasing and submits a suggestion to the competent City authority to issue a corresponding decision |
| - | concludes a contract with the investor regulating mutual rights and obligations regarding the preparation of the building land |
| - | makes sure that the building land is protected and used rationally and appropriately |
| - | maintains a data base on city building land |
| - | analyzes and proposes the elements to be used in determining the fee for the usage of building land |
| - | manages the preparation and the construction of the Belgrade LRT, bridges and all capital assets of specific importance for the City |
| - | organizes and coordinates the construction and the expert supervision of projects financed by the City, as well as of the buildings constructed in dense residential zones, preparing all the technical documentation for such projects as needed by the City authorities |
| - | within the preparation of building land it also constructs and leases buildings and office space thus obtained, and transfers the apartments and office space with the approval of the Belgrade City Assembly |
