Position:
The complex is located among Nova St., Nova I St.,
Nova III St., and Bratstva i jedinstva St. within the Borca-Greda
Housing Project, and in the immediate vicinity of the Zrenjanin
Road, which links the entire Housing Project with the Downtown.
The complex is encircled with new roads and the adjacent
newly built blocks of flats.
Comment:
Instead of flats, commercial premises to provide
supply to local inhabitants could
be located at ground floors of the existing buildings. It
is feasible to assign apart Buildings 11
and 12, 13 and 14, as well as garages. Conditions of such
assigning are to be determined yet.
