| The Agency prepares the draft Program, and after it is passed by the Belgrade City Assembly, it supervises its implementation (through technical, financial and administrative activities) and prepares reports on the implementation of planned activities (trimestral, semestral, annual)  The Program includes the preparation of building land in 10 municipalities, investments in preparations and construction of capital projects important for the City, as well as other forms of investments.
The Program also includes planning of works for the preparation of building land (procurement of urbanistic plans, construction of apartments for relocation, settlement of ownership-legal issues etc.), activities related to the outfitting of building land (construction of roads, waterworks and sewage facilities and network, secondary structuring of sites etc.), construction of lacking infrastructure in existing housing projects and the preparation of burial sites.
The type and the scope of the Program assignments is determined by: the planned inflow of funds, actual implementation of the projects, completion level of the plans and technical documentation, with the objective of ensuring a highly rational use of the building land.
The criteria for determining municipal infrastructure priority projects and preferential activities are: completion and actual usage of projects that are under construction, maintaining the continuity of current long-term investments, primarily of the capital projects requiring several years for completion, construction of new and expansion of existing municipal facilities, preparation of plans and technical documentation as well as the preparations for the realization of programs in the coming years.
The programs are financed through fees for building land preparation, budget sources and other forms of revenues. |
