The concept of space development, arrangement and protection of the city of Belgrade, territory 3.000 km2, should be based on raising the level of appeal of the urban parts of Belgrade, with planned and organizational solutions.
The policy of urban changes, currently underway, should be directed to finishing the process of privatization of the residential and business areas, adequate commercialization of the city's historic cores as well as rounding up the residential units.
The Urbanization Bureau of the city of Belgrade has issued the Belgrade's Master plan until the year 2021 that the Belgrade City Assembly has approved on September 23rd 2003 (You can see the Belgrade Master plan in the whole if you download the text and map files)
