Competitive Bidding for Land Sale in Mladenovac

Belgrade Land Development Public Agency (Beoland) issues the Invitation to Competitive Bidding for sale of the public building land owned by the City of Belgrade in Mihaila Milovanovica Street in Mladenovac. Applications to Competitive Bidding will be received by July 24, 2023, and the bidding is scheduled for the following day at Beoland’s premises.

The building plot corresponding to the cadastral plot 1547/1, CM of Mladenovac (Varos), with a total surface area of 2313m2, is offered for sale. According to the planning document, the site belongs to the zone designated for other purposes, multifamily housing in the central urban areas. Multifamily housing land use is compatible with the commercial land use in the central urban area, as well as with the surfaces and buildings of general public use, public greenery, family housing and sports and recreation surfaces. Competitive Bidding for Land Sale in Pruzatovac, Urban Municipality of Mladenovac

Belgrade Land Development Public Agency (Beoland) has issued an Invitation to Competitive Bidding for public building land sale owned by the City of Belgrade in the village of Pruzatovac, Urban Municipality of Mladenovac. Applications to Competitive Bidding will be received by July 24, 2023, and the bidding is scheduled for the following day at Beoland’s premises.

Two building plots ( LOTs) corresponding to the cadastral plots no. 572 and 573, both in the Cadastral Municipality of Pruzatovac, the surface area of which is 2484m2 and 2084m2, are offered for sale. According to the planning document, the parcels/plots are located in the area designated for construction – rural area, where the land is planned for construction purposes, therefore meeting the precondition for forming of the building plot, meaning that referred plots comply with the preconditions for issuance of the Location Conditions and the Building Permit.
