Belgrade Land Development Public Agency (Beoland) issues the Invitation to Competitive Bidding for sale of the public building land owned by the City of Belgrade in Zemun. Applications will be received until September 08, and the Bidding is scheduled for the following day in the Beoland’s premises.
Subject to alienation is the building land with the surface area of approximately 2 ha located near Batajnicki Drum and consisting of the cadastral plots 174/2, 172/14, 174/5 and 172/13, all in the CM of Zemun Polje. According to the planning document, the site belongs to the areas planned for industrial development. Part of the Site is located in the area of the Veterinary Medicine Institute – Batajnički Put Archaeological Site. Site is approachable from Batajnicki Drum and a planned approach road located in other buildable land and the construction of which is the responsibility of the future developer.
The start price for the building land has been determined based on the Building Land Market Price Assessment Report and amounts to RSD 10.582,90 per square meter of the land, so accordingly, it totally amounts to RSD 205.996.148,50 for the entire LOT. The land will be sold to the highest bidder, which shall be equal to or higher than the start price and cannot be further reduced.
The developer is obliged to provide, at his or her own expense, sound or protective archaeological investigations in certain parts of the area, following special program to be developed by the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments of Serbia – Belgrade. The developer shall carry out all the works on preparing and equipping the LOT and enter into agreements with all competent public utility institutions and other legal entities and pay fees for connection to the electric power supply system, telecommunication system and facilities, cable television, heating and gas supply systems and facilities, etc.
