Belgrade Land Development Public Agency (Beoland) issues the Invitation to Competitive Bidding for sale of the public building land owned by the City of Belgrade in the Municipality of Mladenovac. The Applications to Competitive Biddings will be received until April 14, and the competitive bidding is scheduled for the following day in the Beoland’s premises.
Two LOTs with the surface areas of 466m2 and 491m2 both in Stevana Sindjelica Street are offered for sale. According to the planning document, construction of a family buildings is allowed on the LOT that include single-family or multi-family housing in a single building with smaller number of floors, mostly built on a separate plot, with one or more residential units. Start price for LOT 1 amounts to RSD 2.520.398,28, while the start price for LOT2 amounts to RSD 2.655.612,78. The land will be sold to the highest bidder, which shall be equal to or higher than the start price and cannot be further reduced.
