Belgrade Land Development Public Agency (Beoland) issued an Invitation to Public Bidding for sale of the building land owned by the City of Belgrade, two individual Lots (LOT 3 and LOT 4) in Block 53, Cadastral Municipality of New Belgrade. Applications to Public Bidding will be received in the Beoland’s premises by 18th July 2017, and Public Bidding is scheduled for 19th July 2017 at 12:00 noon.
LOT3 covers an area of 21.058m2 and is intended for GFA 21.058m2 building construction. LOT4 covers an area of 32.822m² and is intended for GFA 32.822m2 building construction. LOTs are intended for construction of industrial, production or commercial facilities.
Total start price for LOT3 amounts to RSD 213.862.942,20, and for LOT 4 amounts to RSD 333.336.949,80.
