Sites prepared for allocation to investors

Belgrade Land Development Public Agency prepares the sites to be allocated to the investors interested in construction of residential, economic, commercial and other facilities. While preparing the sites for allocation to Investors, the Agency accomplishes one of its primary tasks – building land management.

During site preparation, the Agency forms the building plots and resolves the acquisition issue, so that interested investors can take over the land unburden of property issues and start planning the construction in accordance with the planned land use. The land can be allocated as unbuilt but developed (equipped with infrastructure), or can be allocated as undeveloped in case the Investor has accepted and agreed with building land development conditions defined in the Invitation to bidding, and has undertaken to equip the building land with utility infrastructure at his own costs.
