Competitive Bidding for Block 63 public land sale

Belgrade Land Development Public Agency (Beoland) has issued an Invitation to Competitive Bidding for sale of the public building land in Block 63 in the Municipality of New Belgrade owned by the City of Belgrade. Competitive Bidding Applications will be received in the Beoland’s premises by April 4th, 2017, and Bidding is scheduled for the following day.

Land plot at the corner of Vojvodjanska Street and Gandijeva Street in New Belgrade with an area of 3118m2 is offered for sale. Site is located in the mixed land use city centre zone where construction of commercial facilities including residential use or a single multi-storey collective garage is allowed.

Approximate GFA is 16.000 m2, implying construction of eight-story buildings.

Start price for the building land has been determined based on the land market price and amounts to RSD 105.104,84 per m2 of land, which totally amounts to RSD 327.716.891,12 for the whole site. Land will be sold to the Bidder offering the highest price, and the price must be equal or higher than the start price and cannot be further reduced.
