Belgrade Land Development Public Agency (Beoland) issued an Invitation to Competitive Bidding for sale of the public building land in Block 43, New Belgrade, owned by the City of Belgrade. Applications to Competitive Bidding will be received by 15th August, and the bidding is scheduled for the following day in the Beoland’s premises.

A site at the corner of Jurija Gagarina Blvd and Antifašističke borbe St (Block 43), with an area of 20,500 square metres is offered for sale. Land use: commercial zones and city centres. Compatible land use: residential buildings, up to 80% of future construction.

Start price for the building land was determined based on the land market price assessed by the Tax Administration of the City of Belgrade and amounts to RSD 81.804,05 per square metre of the land, i.e. RSD 1.676.983.025,00 for the entire LOT. The land will be sold to a Bidder offering the highest price, and the price must be equal or higher than the start price and cannot be further reduced.
