Belgrade Land Development Public Agency (Beoland) has issued an Invitation to Competitive Bidding for sale of the public building land in Karlovacka Street, Municipality of Vračar, owned by the City of Belgrade. Applications to Competitive Bidding will be received in the Beoland’s premises by 27 January 2020 and the bidding is scheduled for the following day.
Two LOTs located between Gruzanska, Karlovacka and Todora od Stalaca streets, each with the surface area of 374 m2, are offered for sale. Competitive Bidding is to be arranged separately for each LOT and the Bidders decide which LOT they submit the Application for. Construction of multi-family residential buildings with commercial activities is planned in the area representing a mixed urban tissue. Construction of multi-family residential buildings with commercial activities that shall not exceed 20% is allowed.
Start price for the building land was determined based on the land market price assessment report and amounts to RSD 111.554,23 per m2 of the land, i.e. RSD 41.498.173,56 for each LOT. The land shall be sold to a Bidder offering the highest price, and the price shall be equal to or higher than the start price and cannot be further reduced.
The Investor is obliged to carry out all the works on preparing and equipping the building land within the Lot, and to enter into the agreements with all competent public utility institutions and other legal entities and shall pay fees for connection to electric power supply system, telecommunication system and facilities, cable television, heating and gas supply system and facilities, etc.
