Belgrade Land Development Public Agency (Beoland) has issued an Invitation to Competitive Bidding for public building land sale owned by the City of Belgrade in the Urban Municipality of Lazarevac. Applications to Competitive Bidding will be received by July 20, 2023, and the bidding is scheduled for the following day at Beoland’s premises.
The LOT of a total surface area of 400m2 located in Branka Radicevica Street in Lazarevac is offered for sale. According to the planning document, the land is located in a residential area arranged in the compact blocks that may also include commercial activities.
The start price for the building land has been determined based on the Building Land Market Price Assessment Report and amounts to RSD 15.245,88 per square metre of the land, which totally amounts to RSD 6.098.352,00 for the entire LOT. The land will be sold to the developer offering the highest bid, which shall be equal to or higher than the start price and cannot be further reduced.
The developer shall execute all preparatory works related to infrastructural development and equipping of the building land within the alienated LOT and enter into agreements with all competent public utility institutions and other legal entities and pay fees for connection to the electric power supply system, telecommunication system and facilities, cable television, heating and gas supply systems and facilities, and all other activities referred to in the Announcement. Belgrade Land Development Public Agency is responsible for the infrastructural development of the public building land, all in line with the Building Land Development Program.
