Belgrade Land Development Public Agency (Beoland) issues the Invitation to Competitive Bidding for sale of the public building land owned by the City of Belgrade in New Belgrade Block 40. Applications to Competitive Bidding will be received by 25 October, and the competitive bidding is scheduled for the following day in the Beoland’s premises.
The building land with the surface area of 6235 m2 is located between Heroja-sa-Košara Boulevard, the railroad and Tosin Bunar Street on the LOT made of the cadastral plot 2184/6, CM of New Belgrade. According to the planning document, the site is located in the area designated for construction of accompanying commercial facilities, where no residential use is allowed and where the General Regulation Plan construction rules directly apply, by Urban Design development. The site is approachable from Heroja-sa-Košara Boulevard.
The start price for the building land has been determined based on the Building Land Market Price Assessment Report and amounts to RSD 58.792,10 per square metre of the land, which totally amounts to RSD 366.568.743,50 for the LOT surface area of 6235m2. The land shall be sold to the developer offering the highest price, which shall be equal to or higher than the start price, and cannot be further reduced.
The developer shall carry out all the works on preparing and equipping the LOT and enter into agreements with all competent public utility institutions and other legal entities and pay fees for connection to the electric power supply system, telecommunication system and facilities, cable television, heating and gas supply systems and facilities, etc. Furthermore, the developer shall also take all necessary actions to provide both the building and use permits. The Belgrade Land Development Public Agency is responsible for public building land development in accordance with the applicable planning document and the Building Land Development Program.
