Belgrade Land Development Public Agency (Beoland) has issued an Invitation to Competitive Bidding for sale of the public building land in Diane Budisavljevic Street in Savski Venac municipality, owned by the City of Belgrade. Applications to Competitive Bidding will be received by 6th June 2019, and the bidding is scheduled for the following day in Beoland’s premises.
The building plot in Diane Budisavljevic Street with surface area of 1238m2 is offered for sale. The site belongs to “Lisicji Potok” area, Block 51, intended for residential use including commercial activities where residential use prevails more than 95% upon the commercial use.
Start price for the building land has been determined based on the land market price assessed by the Tax Administration of the City of Belgrade and amounts to RSD 49.878,12 per m2, which totally amounts to RSD 61.749.112,56 for the entire Lot. The land will be sold to a bidder offering the highest bid.
