Belgrade Land Development Public Agency (Beoland) has issued an Invitation to Competitive Bidding for sale of the public building land in Omladinska Street, site in Lisicji Potok, owned by the City of Belgrade. Competitive Bidding Applications will be received in the Beoland’s premises by April 12th, 2018 and the bidding is scheduled for the following day. Since no bids were received during previous biddings the start price is reduced by 40%.
Lot formed of the cadastral plot No. 21420/1 Cadastral Municipality of Savski Venac with an area of 1310m2 is offered for sale. Site is located in Lisicji Potok and is intended for high standard housing including commercial activities. Approximate GFA of the buildings to be constructed in the Lot is 917 m2, implying the following number of floors: GF+1+Loft.
Start price for the building land has been determined based on the land market price and amounts to RSD 53.646,03 per m2 of land. Since no bids were received during previous biddings the start price is reduced by 40% and now amounts to RSD 42.165.779,58 for the entire Lot. Land will be sold to the Bidder offering the highest price, and the price must be equal or higher than the start price and cannot be further reduced.
