Belgrade Land Development Public Agency (Beoland) has issued an Invitation to Competitive Bidding for sale of the public building land owned by the City of Belgrade in Brace Jerkovic residential area. Competitive Bidding Applications will be received in the Beoland’s premises by 12th June 2018, and Bidding is scheduled for the following day.
LOT with and area of 2245m2 intended for construction of commercial type sports and recreation facilities with a collective underground garage space is offered for sale. Site was announced for sale last year, and since no bids were received, the start price is now reduced by 20% and mounts to RSD 72.240.543,92 for the entire LOT. The land will be sold to the Bidder offering the highest price, and the price must be equal or higher than the start price and cannot be further reduced.
