Belgrade Land Development Public Agency (Beoland) has reissued the Invitation to Competitive Bidding for sale of the building land in Miloja Zakica Street, Municipality of Cukarica, owned by the City of Belgrade. Since no applications were received for the previous competitive bidding, the land price is now reduced by 20%.
Three individual Lots with total area of 1559m2 are offered for sale intended for individual housing construction. Applications to Competitive Bidding will be received by 27th February 2018, and Competitive Bidding is scheduled for the following day in the Beoland’s premises.
Start price for the building land has been determined based on the land market price assessed by the Secretariat for Finance. Following 20% reduction, the land price totally amounts to: RSD 15.846.550,56 for LOT 5, RSD 17.740.163,52 for LOT 6, and RSD 18.205.261,44 for LOT 7. Land will be sold to a Bidder offering the highest price which must be equal or higher than the start price, and cannot be further reduced.
