Belgrade Land Development Public Agency (Beoland) has issued an Invitation to Public Bidding for sale of the building land in the corner of Vojvodjanska Street and Dr Ivana Ribara Street owned by the City of Belgrade. Applications to Public Bidding will be received in the Beoland’s premises by November 2nd, 2017, and Public Bidding is scheduled for the following day. Land plot with an area of 5913m2 designated for multi-storey mixed land use city centres is offered for sale.
Start price for the building land has been determined based on the land market price and amounts to RSD 37.155,72 per m2 of land, which totally amounts to RSD 219.701.772,36 for the entire complex. Land will be sold to the Bidder offering the highest price, and the price must be equal or higher than the start price, and cannot be further reduced.
