Belgrade Land Development Public Agency has published an Invitation to the public bidding for sale of five LOTs in Miloja Zakica Street in the Muncipality of Cukarica owned by the City of Belgrade. Applications to the public bidding will be received at the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency by 29th June 2017.
All interested investors can bid for purchase of one or more building lots in Miloja Zakića Street in Cukarica Municipality. The size of the LOTs vary between 447m² and 772m² and are intended for individual housing with the gross floor area between 358m² and 617m².
Start price for the building land was determined based on the land market price assessed by the Secretariat for Finance – Tax Administration of the City of Belgrade and amounts to RSD 41.526,60 per square meter of land, and therefore, depending on the size of each individual LOT, the start prices range from RSD 18.5 to 32 million.
This very attractive site is approachable form the existing Miloja Zakica Street, and the investors are responsible for equipping and preparing the land within LOTs, as well as for entering into the agreements with all competent public utility institutions for connection to the public utility services and systems.
