The surface area of the LOT is 27.501 m2 and includes the following cadastral plots: 5521/4, 5522/5, 5523/6, 5521/8, 5564/8, 5564/5, 5564/12, 5569/17 and 5569/23, all belonging to the Cadastral Municipality of New Belgrade. All cadastral plots are registered in the Land Registry Folio No. 6310, Cadastral Municipality of New Belgrade, as the public property of the City of Belgrade.
