Subject to alienation (sale) is the building land located between Gruzanska, Karlovacka and Todora od Stalaca streets, on the following building plots (LOTs):

LOT1, with total surface area of 372m², made of the following cadastral plots: 3590/7, 3556/7 filed in the Land Registry Sheet No. 3094 CM of Vracar as the public property of the City of Belgrade, and cadastral plot 2562/1, filed in the Land Registry Sheet No. 3825 CM of Vracar as the public property of the City of Belgrade, and

LOT2, with total surface area of 372m², made of the following cadastral plots: 3590/4, 2579/1, both in CM of Vracar, filed in the Land Registry Sheet No. 4590 CM of Vracar as the public property of the City of Belgrade
