Subject to alienation (sale) is the site located in New Belgrade, residential block 40, between Heroja-sa-Košara Boulevard (ICSRR), the railroad and Tosin Bunar Street, Municipality of New Belgrade, the building plot (LOT) made of the cadastral plot 2184/6 with the surface area of 6.235m2. The lot is filed in the Land Registry Folio no. 6988, CM of New Belgrade, as the public property of the City of Belgrade. There is an annotation in the Land Registry for both the cadastral plot and building no. 1 stating that the Court of First Instance Decision no. 952-02-7-225-7093/2020 is not yet final.
