Belgrade Land Development Public Agency (Beoland) issued an Invitation to Public Bidding for sale of the building land owned by the City of Belgrade, individual Lots LOT 3 in Block 53, Cadastral Municipality of New Belgrade.
Applications to Public Bidding will be received in the Beoland’s premises by 29th March 2018, and Public Bidding is scheduled for 30th March 2018 at 12:00 noon.
LOT3 covers an area of 21.058m2 and is intended for GFA 21.058m2 building construction. LOT is intended for construction of industrial, production or commercial facilities.
Total start price for LOT3 amounts to RSD 213.862.942,20..
