Belgrade Land Development Public Agency (Beoland) has issued an Invitation to Competitive Bidding for sale of the public building land owned by the City of Belgrade in Save Radovanovica Street in residential area of Batajnica, Zemun . Competitive Bidding Applications will be received in the Beoland’s premises by 11th June 2018, and Bidding is scheduled for the following day.
LOT with and area of 518m2 intended for individual housing or for compatible land use such as trade or services is offered for sale. Start price has been determined based on the land market price and amounts to RSD 3755,22 per m2 of land, which totally amounts to RSD 1.945.203,96 for the entire LOT. Land will be sold to the Bidder offering the highest price, and the price must be equal or higher than the start price and cannot be further reduced.
