Belgrade Land Development Public Agency (Beoland) issues the Invitation to Competitive Bidding for sale of the public building land owned by the City of Belgrade in Mihaila Milovanovica Street in Mladenovac. Applications will be received until October 10th, and the bidding is scheduled for the following day in the Beoland’s premises.
Subject to alienation/sale is the building plot corresponding to the cadastral plot 1547/1, CM of Mladenovac (Varos), with a total surface area of 2313m2. According to the planning document, the site belongs to the zone designated for other purposes, multifamily housing in the central urban areas. Multifamily housing land use is compatible with the commercial land use in the central urban area, as well as with the surfaces and buildings of general public use, public greenery, family housing and sports and recreation surfaces.

Belgrade Land Development Public Agency (Beoland) issues the Invitation to Competitive Bidding for sale of the public building land owned by the City of Belgrade in Savski Venac. Applications will be received until September 27th, and the Bidding is scheduled for the following day in the Beoland’s premises.
Subject to alienation is the co-ownership share of the building plot no. 53-11, located in Diane Budisavljevic Street, with a total surface area of 983,00 m2, 862,875 m2 of which is owned by the City of Belgrade, and 120,125 m2 of which is owned by the legal persons/individuals. According to the planning document, the site belongs to the area intended for residential use including commercial activities, where the construction of residential buildings or buildings intended for trade, catering, craft, welfare, education, health, culture, sports and recreation or other businesses not interfering with the basic purpose (residential) is allowed.

The Applications to Competitive Biddings will be received until September 08, and the Competitive Bidding is scheduled for the following day in the Beoland’s premises.
Subject to alienation is the building land with the surface area of 4204m2 located in the immediate vicinity of the Grmec factory north from the highway. According to the planning document, the site belongs to the areas planned for economic activity where compatible land use including city centres, public or sports facilities and complexes, green areas, communal, infrastructural or traffic surfaces is allowed.

Belgrade Land Development Public Agency (Beoland) issues the Invitation to Competitive Bidding for sale of the public building land owned by the City of Belgrade in Zemun. Applications will be received until September 08, and the Bidding is scheduled for the following day in the Beoland’s premises.
Subject to alienation is the building land with the surface area of approximately 2 ha located near Batajnicki Drum and consisting of the cadastral plots 174/2, 172/14, 174/5 and 172/13, all in the CM of Zemun Polje. According to the planning document, the site belongs to the areas planned for industrial development. Part of the Site is located in the area of the Veterinary Medicine Institute – Batajnički Put Archaeological Site. Site is approachable from Batajnicki Drum and a planned approach road located in other buildable land and the construction of which is the responsibility of the future developer.
The start price for the building land has been determined based on the Building Land Market Price Assessment Report and amounts to RSD 10.582,90 per square meter of the land, so accordingly, it totally amounts to RSD 205.996.148,50 for the entire LOT. The land will be sold to the highest bidder, which shall be equal to or higher than the start price and cannot be further reduced.
The developer is obliged to provide, at his or her own expense, sound or protective archaeological investigations in certain parts of the area, following special program to be developed by the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments of Serbia – Belgrade. The developer shall carry out all the works on preparing and equipping the LOT and enter into agreements with all competent public utility institutions and other legal entities and pay fees for connection to the electric power supply system, telecommunication system and facilities, cable television, heating and gas supply systems and facilities, etc.

Belgrade Land Development Public Agency (Beoland) issues the Invitation to Competitive Bidding for sale of the public building land owned by the City of Belgrade in Karpoševa Street. The Applications to Competitive Biddings will be received until June 21, 2022 and the Competitive Bidding is scheduled for the following day in the Beoland’s premises.
The site located in Karpoševa Street, Municipality of Čukarica, LOT17, consisting of a cadastral plot No. 10415, CM of Čukarica with a total surface area of 262m2 is offered for sale. The LOT is located in the area where family housing in partially formed city blocks is transformed into multi-family housing and shall be developed by direct application of the General Regulation Plan building rules. Commercial activities related to trade, administration and services that are environmental-friendly and do not generate noise, are compatible with the multifamily housing. Construction of a single multi-storey collective garage is allowed in the referred land plot as well.

Belgrade Land Development Public Agency (Beoland) issues the Invitation to Competitive Bidding for sale of the public building land owned by the City of Belgrade in the extension of Jurija Gagarina Street in New Belgrade. The Applications to Competitive Biddings will be received until May 20, 2022 and the Competitive Bidding is scheduled for May 23, 2022 in the Beoland’s premises.
Subject to alienation (sale) is the site located at the end/extension of Jurija Gagarina Street, behind the urban neighbourhood called Dr. Ivan Ribar (Block 72), City Municipality of New Belgrade. The surface area of the LOT is 27.501 m2 and includes the following cadastral plots: 5521/4, 5522/5, 5523/6, 5521/8, 5564/8, 5564/5, 5564/12, 5569/17 and 5569/23, all belonging to the Cadastral Municipality of New Belgrade. All cadastral plots are registered in the Land Registry Folio No. 6310, Cadastral Municipality of New Belgrade, as the public property of the City of Belgrade.
