Subject to alienation (sale) is the site located near Batajnicki Put (Batajnica Road) in the Municipality of Zemun, with the total surface area of 19.465m2 including:
- LOT1 (GP1), consisting of the cadastral plots 174/2, 172/14, both in the Cadastral Municipality of Zemun Polje, with the surface area of 869 m2 planned for industrial development, and
- LOTR (GPS), consisting of the cadastral plots 174/5 and 172/13 both in the CM of Zemun Polje, with the surface area of 596 m2, planned for construction of the approach road.
All cadastral plots are filed in the Land Registry Sheet No. 1295 CM of Zemun Polje as the public property of the City of Belgrade.
A building marked No.1 is registered on cadastral plot 174/2 as a building of unknown ownership and with no building permit.
According to the official records in the Secretariat for Legalization of Buildings, the request for the legalization of this illegal building was filed under no. XXXI-14 No. 351.21-2136/2010 submitted by the Veterinary Medicine Institute Zemun Inc.
