Belgrade Land Development Public Agency (Beoland) has re-issued the Invitation to Competitive Bidding for sale of the public building land in the Municipality of Lazarevac owned by the City of Belgrade since no bids were received for the previous bidding in December last year. Competitive Bidding Applications will be received in the Beoland’s premises by 14th May 2018 and the bidding is scheduled for the following day.
LOT 2 with an area of 2.146m2 located between Branka Radicevica Street and Dusana Petrovica Saneta Street is offered for sale. Site is located in the medium population density areas intended for residential use including commercial activities on urban lots. Land market price was assessed by the Tax Administration of the City of Belgrade and amounts to RSD 10.393,23 per square metre of the land.
Competitive bidding for the referred LOT was held on 27th December 2017 and no applications were received. In case of the first time repetition the above start price shall be reduced by 20% and now amounts to RSD 17.843.097,26 for LOT 2. Land will be sold to the Bidder offering the highest price, and the price must be equal or higher than the start price and cannot be further reduced.
