Results of an urban-architecture design competition of ideas for part of Makisko Polje, Municipality of Čukarica

Union of Architects of Serbia has announced the results of an open, anonymous, single-stage, urban-architecture design competition of ideas for part of Makisko Polje area in the Municipality of Voždovac, Belgrade. The Jury: Milutin Folić, city architect and the Chair of the Jury, and other members: prof. Nebojša Minjević, architect, Borislav Petrović, architect, Marko Stojčić, architect and Nenad Krčum, BSc. Spatial Planner have unanimously decided to award the First Prize, in the net amount of RSD 1,152,000.00 to the team of authors: Dragan Marčetić, architect, Milan Maksimović, architect, and their associate Mihail Pejčinović, M. Arch.

First Prize

Second Prize

Second Prize in the net amount of RSD 768,000.00 was awarded to the team of authors: Vladan Stevović, M.Arch., Zoran Lazović, Arch., Miodrag Savić a second year student of undergraduate studies, Boris Ivanovic a second year student of undergraduate studies and Jelena Jankovic a second year student of master studies.

Third prize

Third prize, in the net amount of RSD 384.000,00 was awarded to the team of authors: Dušan Stojanović, architect, Pavle Stamenović, architect, Ksenija Pantović, architect, co-author Milena Andrić, B.Arch. and associate Bojan Jovančevići, M.Arch.

Other Rewards

Another two no less valuable rewards rewards in the net amounts of RSD 192,000.00 each were awarded to the following authors: Ivica Nikolić and Janja Franeta, with associates Jovana Petković i Petar Lazarević, and to the team of authors: Mr Rajko Korica, architect, Jelena Marić, architect, Filip Petrović, architect, Ivana Korica, a student of master studies in architecture, with associates: Steva Marijanović, a student of master studies in architecture, Vukašin Terzić, student of architecture, Marko Jović, a student of architecture, Una Korica, a student of architecture and consultants Dušan Nikolić, B.Sc. C.E. and Zoran Stepanović, architect.

Venue and date of design exibition including a dicussion will be communicated later.

As a reminder, Belgrade Land Development Public Agency, in cooperation with the Union of Architects of Serbia has announced an open, single-stage, urban-architecture design competition of ideas for part of Makisko Polje area in Belgrade, with an aim of defining the possibilities of spatial and resource development, reviewing and defining the coverage and contents of the public space and considering all other possible development aspects in order to develop the area between the Sava Arterial Road, Belgrade Marshalling Yard and Milorada Jovanovica Street, Municipality of Čukarica, into a new urban area. The awarded designs will be the basis for the plan and development of urban – planning documents for the area.
