Successful land sale in Sremcica urban neighbourhood and new competitive bidding for the site in Autokomanda Square

Public building land at the corner of Dvorzakova Street and Zila Verna Street in Sremcica urban neighbourhood was sold at yesterday’s competitive bidding held for sale of the public building land owned by the City of Belgrade, and in addition to this Belgrade Land Development Public Agency (Beoland) reissued the invitation to competitive bidding for sale of the public building land in Autokomanda Square owned by the City of Belgrade. Since no bids were received during previous bidding, the start price is reduced by 20%.

The land in Sremcica was sold for RSD 6.1 million, thus exceeding the start price for about four million RSD. Lot intended for individual housing with an area of 472m2 was sold. Start price was RSD 2.238.403,36, and the land was sold to a bidder (an individual) who offered RSD 6.1 million.

Cadastral plot in Autokomanda Square No. 3/9 CM of Vozdovac with an area of 6421m2 intended for business- commercial activities (business, trade, hotels) was reoffered for sale. Applications shall be submitted to Beoland no later than by 16th April 2018, and the bidding is scheduled for the following day and will take place at Beoland premises. Start land price is reduced by 20% and now amounts to RSD 672.459.001,68. Land will be sold to a Bidder offering the highest price, and the price offered shall be equal to or higher than the start price and cannot be further reduced.
