GENERAL REGULATION PLAN – CITY OF BELGRADE (UNITS I–XIX)
The borders of the General Regulation Plan for the building area of the local self-government unit – the City of Belgrade, units I-XIX, include the building area of the entire municipalities of Stari Grad, Vracar, Savski Venac, Novi Beograd, Cukarica, Rakovica and parts of the Municipalities of Zemun, Palilula, Zvezdara, Vozdovac, Surcin and Grocka, with approximate area of 51776 ha divided into nineteen specific units.
The concept of the Plan makes continuity to the Master Plan of Belgrade implemented in several basic elements such as:
